ELIGIBILITY Open only to legal residents of California, 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Proof of age and California residency required to claim any prize. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members are not eligible. Void outside California and where prohibited or restricted by law.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD Ticket distribution begins April 13, 2026. The sweepstakes entry period begins at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) on April 13, 2026 and ends at 9:00 PM PT on April 20, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeping device.
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASING A NORCAL HOLISTICS PRODUCT MAY RESULT IN THE DISCOVERY OF A PHYSICAL TICKET WHICH GRANTS ADDITIONAL ENTRIES. SEE OFFICIAL RULES FOR DETAILS. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
HOW TO ENTER
Method 1 — Online Registration (No Purchase Required): Visit norcalholistics.org and complete the free fan registration form with your first name, last name, and phone number during the Sweepstakes Period. One (1) free entry per person. Online entries must be received by 9:00 PM PT on April 20, 2026.
Method 2 — Mail-In Entry (No Purchase Required): Hand-print your full name, date of birth, phone number, and the words “4/20 SWEEPSTAKES ENTRY” on a 3×5 inch index card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: NorCal Holistics 4/20 Sweepstakes, 5431 Auburn Blvd #152, Sacramento, CA 95841. One (1) entry per outer mailing envelope. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by April 20, 2026 and received by April 27, 2026. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or undelivered mail.
Method 3 — Purchase Entry (bonus entries apply, see Winner Selection): Place an order for any NorCal Holistics branded product during the Sweepstakes Period. Certain NorCal Holistics branded product packages delivered between April 13, 2026 and April 20, 2026 may contain a physical ticket. Discovery of a Golden Ticket and registration with Sponsor constitutes one hundred (100) entries into the drawing. Discovery of a Silver Ticket and registration with Sponsor constitutes fifty (50) entries into the drawing. Discovery of a Bronze Ticket and registration with Sponsor constitutes twenty-five (25) entries into the drawing. To register a discovered ticket, call Sponsor at 916-993-5361 during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Limit: One (1) entry per entry method, except where bonus entries are granted through physical ticket discovery as described above. Maximum one hundred and two (102) entries per person. Duplicate entries within the same method will be disqualified. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void.
WINNER SELECTION Three (3) winners will be selected by drawing conducted by Sponsor on or before April 27, 2026. Online and mail-in entries each receive one (1) entry into the drawing. Entrants who discover and register a Golden Ticket receive one hundred (100) entries, a Silver Ticket receives fifty (50) entries, and a Bronze Ticket receives twenty-five (25) entries. All eligible entries are pooled together for the drawing. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.
PRIZES Three (3) prizes available:
Golden Ticket Prize: One (1) Sony PlayStation 5 console. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $499.00.
Silver Ticket Prize: One (1) Puffco Peak vaporizer. ARV: $220.00.
Bronze Ticket Prize: One (1) Apple AirPods Pro. ARV: $129.00.
Total ARV of all prizes combined: $848.00. Golden Ticket prize winners may purchase their designated prize for $5.00. Silver and Bronze Ticket prize winners may purchase their designated prize for $1.00. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes are non-transferable. No prize substitution except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable.
WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION Potential winners will be notified by phone using the number provided at entry within five (5) business days of the Sweepstakes Period closing. Potential winners must respond within five (5) days of notification attempt or prize may be forfeited. Winners must provide valid government-issued photo ID confirming they are 21 years of age or older and a California resident. Winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within five (5) days of receipt. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
GENERAL CONDITIONS By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation or suspension. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, offering, or announcement of any prize or in these Official Rules.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY By participating, entrants release Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
PRIVACY Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at norcalholistics.org. By entering, entrants consent to Sponsor’s use of their information for Sweepstakes administration and SMS communications related to the 4/20 event. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time.
DISPUTES All disputes arising out of or relating to these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to conflict of law principles.
