How Long Do Deliveries Take?

On average about 1-3 Hours. Depending on the area you live in, the time of day you order, and how many other customers are ordering at that time. We give general ETA’s when you place your order, and then specific ETA’s when the driver has your order physically in hand.

What kind of ID is required?

You’ll need a government issued ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.) proving that you are over 21 years old. If you are under the age of 21 but over 18 years old, you will need to provide a valid medical recommendation. We will also ask you to submit a selfie photo with your ID next to your face, so that we may confirm your identity on your first order only.

How Much Can I Buy?

Your daily purchase limit is actually determined by the state. If you have a MMIC card or a medical recommendation from a doctor you can purchase up to 8 ounces of flower. If you are a recreational customer who is 21 years of age or older then you may purchase up to 1 ounce (28g) per day. Concentrates you may purchase up to 8 grams or 8,000mg. Edibles you can get up to 80 each, or 8,000mg total.

What taxes are Included In The Sale of The Product?

Excise Tax of 15% is included in the menu price of all our products. Some retailers do not include this tax in the price, which can be misleading. 

CA Sales Tax of 8.5% + Sacramento City MMJ Tax of 4.0% is added to all orders. If you would like to know your final total, multiply your product total by 1.125 to see your total with tax.

Are There Delivery Fees Or Minimums?

We have a required minimum amount, starting at $30. We charge a $5 delivery fee only on order under $100.

Can You Deliver To A Hotel?

Yes, but we will ask you to meet our driver in front of the lobby upon arrival.

What Forms Of Payment Are Available?

We accept cash and mobile payment options through Paytender.com. There is a small fee for e-payments.

How Can I Place My Order?

You have options! We want to make sure that we always operate with a human touch. That’s why we want to give you options on how to shop with us:

Option 1 – Our website! Just click Order Online up above, shop around, and follow the prompts for check out. Once you go to checkout it will prompt you to create an account. All we will ask for is:

  1. Full name so we know who you are

  2. Photo of your government ID (Also your medical card if you are a medical patient)

  3. Phone number so we can text you order status and call you when we get there

  4. Email so we can send you an order receipt

Option 2 – Call us! (916) 993-5361  We have live Budtenders available from 9am-8pm to take your order and answer any questions you may have.

Option 3 – Text Us! You can text your order in to the same number above. Just let us know your name and current delivery address, as well as the item you would like to order. Within minutes you will have your total and ETA.
